Yess! I got the job!

Well, I knew this would have to happen soon... I'm so skilled at job interviews, having had so many.
` Anyway, all I had to do was not tell them about the fact that I am starting school in January, and I was hired! Now, that kind of lie I can keep straight!

...Until it's time to go to school. Then I'll probably quit, if I'm still working there, instead of skip yet another quarter because of work issues.

So what can I tell them when that day comes?

Congratulations! Becoming employed can make Thanksgiving an even better day.

I'm not sure what you can tell them when that time comes, but you've got a little while to work it out, so maybe you will come up with something. I am very happy for you that you found a job. A happy thanksgiving for you indeed! :D

Mua ha ha ha! Yes, I am thankful that I have job training to go to on Monday.
` I know what I'll do - sign up for 'Work Study' at school. I don't think it actually pays cash, but I'll see what I can get.
` Too bad they don't pay for submitting articles to the paper, either. Not that they usually get published.
` I don't understand why, though, considering how unreadable most of them are....

Hope everything has been going great for you guys!

Congratulations! What kind of job is it? Maybe they'll want you to stay on part time.

Yee ha! I'm canvassing for a window company. It's only full-time and not part time, to my chagrin.
` But, hopefully I can drain some cash out of them until the year is up.
