Sneak Peeks 8 - Fourth of July!

I know Violet's finding the perfect spot from which to watch the fireworks!

Lou Ryan was off filming a show for the weekend, so I got myself invited to a party. I brought the slammon.

Oo! The palm trees! (I keep forgetting to photograph these things when weighed down by snow. It's hilarious!)

I got lots of cool photos of fireworks....

And they're going up on my website at some point.

What is slammon? Is that a weird fetish thing - slam-on?

I'll pop back later because your pics are loading veryyyy slowly right now. I'll be able to see them better then :-)

That's something that seems to happen to British people. Maybe that big pond gets in their way?
` And speaking of ponds, that's where the slammon grow big and huge so that when it's time for them to make baby slammon, they swim home - or so they think - and we kill them and turn them into giant steaks!
` I swear I'm not drunk. Just hungry. For slammon!

Hehehe is slammon in the same fish category as snarks, octopussys, ells and Lickness Monsters???

Fabulous pics, as usual.

What sort of party was that? The food looks a bit TOO healthy to be classed as common party food.

Did you eat the salmon raw, doused with the lemon...served with salted slightly cooked asparagus?

Kingcover: I think so, but octopussies aren't fish....

Actually, Cara, this guy cooked it on the grill, but just as well.... Mm!

Nice photos! And Violet is such a smart cat - I bet she could see the fireworks from Marysville from up there!
