The Weather Out Here...
` I have so many pictures to post, including ones from my crazy camping trip last weekend, but I'd rather get a few out of my way before I set down to work on my camping post....
` I know I've made comments on the weather before, especially the locals' bizarre reactions to it. But here, I just have a series of three boring pictures I've taken during February, March and August.
` In the winter, when it isn't cloudy and/or drizzling, the clouds are almost sure to be stuck on the mountains:
` Same story through springtime... the sky is often obscured by mist - and if it isn't mist, it's a rain cloud!
` In the summer, the sky is usually clear, and the horizon tends to be visible when it isn't hazy. One problem - the spot I had picked to take pictures from is not a terribly great place from which to view the mountains!
` ...Darn me! Darn me to heck! Oh well... I most certainly have a fairly good bonus post for y'uns this time around!

I like the time lapse things like this. I've actully been looking at this guy's blog where he does a lot of panorama photos and then puts them together in a program and when it's finished the cars and people who move through the photos look like ghosts, it's very interesting.
